Instructed by GMI Construction we were delighted to work with Bridge Architects on yet another state of the art development within our client’s (Bruntwood SciTech) property portfolio; No.3 Circle Square.

Located in the heart of Manchester’s Oxford Road knowledge quarter, No.3 Circle Square will provide sustainable and flexible workspace and is aiming for BREEAM Excellent status, a NABERS five star rating and an EPC A rating, with the whole site powered by renewable energy.

For our part, we were responsible for installing lush interior and exterior plant displays within the communal entrance area, top floor lounge and communal roof terrace

Each of these spaces now showcases a design scheme which is rich in live planting displays and reinforces the strong emphasis on wellbeing and sustainable design.

To the top floor lounge, plants were installed with wheel base to enable easy rearranging for the client

Plants to the roof area included Skimmia, Fatsia, Pittosporum, Grasses along with Ivy and Jasmine climbing plants. All combined, they create the most stunning green roof terrace space.

Pall Mall Manchester : bespoke planting displays

A fantastic project where we assisted Bruntwood SciTech and Dragonfly Contracts with the redevelopment of listed building, Pall Mall Court in Manchester.

Now know as Pall Mall and benefitting from a total upgrade, the building has made an incredible EPC rating improvement moving from ‘G’ to ‘A’!
